New residential condominium building, located in the new developing community of South Hoboken, minutes away from Manhattan. This new 7 stories multi-residential building located at a triangular corner lot, and reminiscent of the iconic Flatiron building in Manhattan, takes advantage of its unique site and 360 exposures to vistas and sunlight. The façade is all glazed, with unique curved glass corners to minimize obstructions, and to soften the sharp edges the site imposes. Interior layouts and details also are softened by eliminating sharp edges and the expression of the round concrete columns. Materials selected for the interiors are to create a modern, yet warm environment, juxtaposing it to the minimal and openness of the building envelope.
