Upon graduating from Pratt Institute in New York City with a Degree in Architecture, Kenny A.D. Payero acquired further exposure and education in the fields of Sustainable Design and Urban Planning at the University of Buenos Aires, as well as The International Cooperation of Sustainable Design in The Netherlands. His educational career also includes creative studies in Rome and at the Multi Intentional Land Use Network (MILUnet) in The Netherlands.

Throughout his journey, Mr. Payero has participated in several international design competitions, such as Sustainable Housings for New Orleans, Correo Central in Buenos Aires, and winning first place for the Sustainable Urban Rehabilitation for Parque Patricios in Buenos Aires, as well as winning first place for the Sustainable Urban Rehabilitation of Vlissingen, The Netherlands.

Professionally, Mr. Payero has spent the last 15 years interweaving his education with Architectural Firms in New York, Buenos Aires, and The Netherlands. Working abroad has expanded his knowledge of design and construction methods, as well as broadening his design sensibilities. In New York City, Mr. Payero has worked in some of the most creative firms, ranging from high-end residential interiors and residences, to mixed-use high-rise buildings. Under the tutelage of world renowned Thierry W Despont, Mr. Payero, has designed and managed high profiled projects such as a new synagogue in Monte Carlo, a Hotel in Istanbul, and Jean Nouvel’s 53w53st, an 87 stories new residential tower in New York City.

These experiences, educational and professional, local and abroad, have made Kenny A.D. Payero into a diverse and knowledgeable designer. He thrives on including every aspect of architecture and design sensibilities in his current work, which include both interior renovations and new residential constructions.
