This new luxury condominium tower, design by Jean Nouvel, boast unparallel and unobstructed views of the city. The apartment layouts were designed to maintain all perimeter of the tower free of services to maintain the façade clear. This allows for all rooms to have full clear windows. The apartments design reflects the clean and openness of the exterior envelope, while creating dramatic moments that are parallel to the views.
The lobby spaces reflect the language of the tower’s architecture while still creating a warm and welcoming residential feel to them.
The interior architecture and design work was done in collaboration with the Office of Thierry Despont.
